The Slovenian Global Business Network (SGBN) and the Slovenian American Business Association (SABA) have been working closely since the SGBN inaugural conference in December 2020.

Their cooperation continued during EXPO Dubai 2020, where the promotion of the Slovenian economy at the pavilion and beyond the EXPO was mostly carried out by Matic Volk, Commissioner General and Jurček Žmauc, Director of the pavilion.

After the end of EXPO Dubai and especially during the economic visit of the President of the SABA Board to Slovenia in May 2022, the cooperation was mainly focused on presentations of SGBN and SABA to the Slovenian economic environment.

In this regard, SABA together and SGBN plan to organize an economic conference on June 15, 2022 in Slovenia. The purpose of the conference is to present the activities of SGBN and SABA and the possibility of cooperation between Slovenian companies and the two organizations.
